303 редирект

Добрый день, уважаемые форумчане!
Переезжаем на новый сайт, кое где меняем URL. Хочу сделать редиректы со старой страницы на новый. Полазил по инету, там прописано 150 вариантов, но пока ничего не выходит.

Может в самом .htaccess какие то проблемы? Как правильно настроить редирект? Код файла ниже
